In 1976, George Pransky and his wife and business partner Linda stumbled on a new way of helping people that was radically different from the traditional counseling methods they’d been using in their work. The new principles they were learning had a huge impact on their personal lives, their relationship and the way they worked with their clients. They began to teach these principles in their work and became pioneers in a new field of psychology that profoundly changed their clients in a short amount of time.
In 1978, George and Linda established a new practice in the San Francisco Bay area that eventually moved to the Pacific Northwest and is known today as Pransky and Associates.
George and Linda Pransky have worked with leaders, couples, teams and individuals from across the globe. Today, they are highly regarded for their ability to develop and train other practitioners teaching the principles. Their vision is to provide training for like-minded professionals that would expand the community of people committed to doing this work. They have trained many of today’s best known teachers, counselors and coaches who work with these principles.
In 2000, Kara Stamback and Erika Bugbee joined the team. Their unique experience of growing up with these principles as a ‘way of life,’ together with their insight and passion to share these principles remains a strong addition to the leadership of the organization.
Today, Kara and Erika continue to be committed to upholding the reputation and results that have been the cornerstone of Pransky and Associates’ success in their work with individuals, couples, and business leaders. In addition they bring the technical know-how along with unwavering inspiration and enthusiasm in creating an entire online division of Pransky and Associates to spread the learning that has changed their own lives and the lives of their families and clients.
