Instead, George, Linda, Wyn, and Erika will explore what they’ve come to see about grounding, presence, listening, rapport, and the understanding behind truly impactful work with clients.
The conversation will be spontaneous, practical, and rooted in real experience. An opportunity to listen beyond what you already know and perhaps see something fresh about your own work.

A Glimpse Into This Year’s Professional Training Retreat
George, Linda, Wyn, and Erika will come together again October 8–11, 2026 for Pransky & Associates’ annual Professional Training Retreat, held in La Conner, Washington and live online.
The retreat is designed primarily for coaches, therapists, counselors, and other helping professionals who have some grounding in the Three Principles and are working with clients.
For four days, we’ll explore the understanding behind effective work with people through conversation, live client demonstrations, questions, and the kind of spontaneous learning that emerges when experienced practitioners gather without a rigid curriculum.
This free webinar is a wonderful opportunity to spend some time with all four presenters beforehand, hear the unique perspective each brings to the conversation, and get a feel for the spirit of this year’s retreat.
Meet Your Speakers
Dr. George Pransky
One of the original pioneers of the Three Principles understanding, George has spent nearly 50 years working with individuals, couples, organizations, and practitioners. His ability to see beneath complexity and point toward something simple and useful has helped shape the work of generations of Three Principles practitioners.
Linda Pransky
Linda brings a remarkable depth of understanding, intuition, and presence to her work. For nearly five decades, she has helped individuals and practitioners see beyond the noise of their thinking and reconnect with their own clarity and wisdom. Her teaching is simple, deeply human, and often unexpectedly transformative.
Wyn Morgan
A longtime colleague and mentee of George and Linda, Wyn brings warmth, humor, and a deeply grounded understanding to his work with people. His years of learning alongside the Pranskys, combined with his own extensive experience as a coach and teacher, bring a unique perspective to every conversation.
Erika Bugbee
Erika has spent more than 20 years working with clients and practitioners and has been immersed in the Three Principles for much of her life. Known for her practicality, clarity, and ability to translate deep understanding into everyday life, Erika brings an insightful and refreshingly human perspective to the conversation.
