Insight Courses
These courses were created by Kara Stamback and Erika Bugbee, George and Linda's daughters and previous partners at Pransky & Associates.
More about Kara & Erika
Kara Stamback and Erika Bugbee worked at Pransky & Associates for many years. While they each have their own consulting businesses now, as George and Linda's daughters we love the chance to share what they're doing with you.
Kara Stamback
Kara Stamback, M.S. has always had a passion for helping people and growing up with George and Linda Pransky, her early exposure to the Principles gave her the vehicle to do that. After earning her graduate degree in psychology she began her career with Pransky and Associates, and alongside her sister, Erika, developed a set of online training programs.

After graduating and contributing as a volunteer with Leadership Skagit, Kara's heart called her back to shift her focus to serve the local community.
She now offers Neurofeedback services as well as coaching.
When she’s not working, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and going to the movies.
Erika Bugbee
Erika Bugbee, M.A. has spent twenty years helping individuals, families, couples and executives. Erika is a former partner at Pransky and Associates where she spent the first 18 years of her career. Erika co-founded the Online Learning Division of Pransky & Associates and is co-creator of a set of online courses. So far these courses have reached 35 countries and continue to spread.
Erika has since started her own practice to follow her passion of specializing in teens, young adults, and parents. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology through University of Oregon and City University, respectively. She lives outside Seattle, Washington with her husband of 20 years, two teenagers, and two dogs.
