The Inside World refers to a feeling of calm equilibrium, and the Outside World is the feeling of reaction. The thinking we do in the Outside World is unpleasant and we don't do very well in that feeling. We can make a commitment to coming back to our Inside World as soon as we realize we've left it and as a result, we can spend more time there. There's always a pull before you go Outside, and you can make it a habit, or value, to come back of that place of calm, before you take on any issue.
