The Nature of Perception

These audios are interesting to me in how they sprout flowers over time. This understanding requires patience, but listening always results in a better feeling, and what comes later is the blooming of a garden. I really enjoyed this. It's something I always knew but didn't really trust before, even though I thought I did. Really great.
I’ve listened to several of George’s audios, and they’ve genuinely changed my life. They helped me understand the nature of my mind and how simple mental well-being truly is. A few months ago, I was struggling with depression and anxiety, and his teachings showed me how to stop taking my thoughts so seriously and to trust that a better feeling would always come.
Now I feel like myself again. Someone recently saw me and was so surprised at how well I looked that they asked what I had done to “get better.” I re-listen to these audios often, and each time I gain an even deeper understanding.
